Electric or manual
Select remote-controlled motorised operation or a manual awning to suit how the space will be used.

Retractable folding-arm patio awnings provide flexible cover for outdoor areas: extend the awning when shade is wanted and retract it when the space should remain open. Every awning is sized for its intended position rather than treated as a one-size-fits-all product.
Choose from electric or motorised operation with remote control, or a straightforward manual awning. Fabric and frame colour choices allow the finished installation to suit the building. We discuss the available choices during the free survey and prepare a quote for the selected specification.
Awning options
The survey gives us the opportunity to inspect the proposed position, take measurements and understand how the area will be used. From there, we can help define the size, operation and finish before providing a clear quote.

Sizing is based on the property, with fabric and frame colour choices discussed as part of the specification.
Commercial awnings and shop canopies are available for shops, cafés, pubs and other business premises.
Overhead Door Company also provides awning servicing and repairs when an existing installation needs attention.
Professional installation
We begin with a free survey to look at the proposed location, measure the available space and discuss whether a manual or motorised awning is preferred. For commercial premises, the conversation can also cover the intended shop-front, customer or outdoor seating area.
Once the dimensions, fabric and frame colour have been selected, we provide a quote for supply and installation. The awning is then installed professionally for the agreed position. If an awning later needs routine servicing or a repair, you can contact the same team for help.
Because properties and fixing surfaces differ, the survey is important. It allows the quotation and installation plan to reflect the actual building instead of relying on assumptions made from a standard size.
Our awning supply and installation area covers all of Northern Ireland and extends across the border into Dundalk, Drogheda, Co Louth and Co Meath.
