What installation day actually involves
Free survey and measure
We measure the structural opening, headroom and side room, check the fixing points and ask how the garage is used. You get the door types that genuinely fit, not a catalogue.
Written quotation
One price, itemised: door, operator, fitting, and removal of the old door. No survey fee and no obligation to proceed.
Order and lead time
Doors are made to your sizes and finish, typically 7 to 14 working days. We confirm the fitting date in writing rather than leaving it open.
Installation day
Old door removed and taken away, new frame fixed and levelled, door and operator set up and balanced, safety devices tested, area cleared.
Handover and aftercare
We show you the manual release, the handsets and the maintenance points before we leave, and we answer the phone 24/7 if anything needs us afterwards.

What we install
- Roller and roll up doors, insulated or single skin
- Insulated sectional doors for heated and converted garages
- Up and over doors on canopy or retractable frames
- Side hinged doors where headroom is tight
- Commercial roller shutters for retail and workshop frontages
- Industrial and high speed doors for loading bays
Installed properly, or it is not finished
Most of the faults we are called out to on other people's installations come from the same three things: a frame that was never levelled, an operator set with the wrong force limits, and safety devices that were fitted but never tested. We check all three before we hand over.
We work Northern Ireland wide and answer the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so if a door we installed misbehaves you are not waiting until Monday.
